PAYMENT POLICY: 50% Upfront & 50% upon completion

PLEASE NOTE THAT RATES ARE CUSTOMISED TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS AND PROJECTS.

Payment

I accept payment through PayPal. You’ll receive an invoice from me through PayPal requiring the deposit before I start working on your project. Also again after I completed the project for the outstanding amount (*50/50 policy).

Please note that I reserve the right to withhold the completed documents until I receive the final payment. Without final payment being done, I’ll withhold the documents indefinitely, without return of the initial payment made.

For retainer work or bigger and more pricey projects, I’ll provide a contract and together we can arrange the payment accordingly.

Rushed Jobs will naturally cost you more, depending on the scope of work and the time frame.

Canceling

You won’t pay any extra fees for cancelling.

My time is as precious and limited as yours, though. I’d appreciate it if you could notify me at least 2 weeks before the starting date we agreed upon.

And if I already started working on the project, you’ll lose 35% of your deposit (just to be fair).

I do reserve the right to refuse any project at my discretion (no hard feelings?).
